There is no trial to track, because the free plan is genuinely free with no time limit. Use it for as long as you like with no card required, then upgrade to Premium whenever you want the deeper analytics, unlimited routines and full history. Premium is billed monthly, yearly, or once for lifetime.

Premium is built around the analytics most apps do not have: estimated 1RM and personal-record progression, and fatigue and plateau detection so you know when a lift is stalling (the muscle-balance radar itself is free for the last 30 days). It also adds per-exercise and body-part deep dives, 3-month and custom chart ranges, your complete workout history, unlimited routines and custom exercises, the full personalised plan with regeneration, body weight and measurement tracking beyond 90 days, the photo timeline with side-by-side comparison, weekly PDF reports and leaderboard access.

iOS, Android and Apple Watch. Your account syncs across your devices, log a set on your watch and see it on your phone instantly.

Yes. The Apple Watch app is not a toy, you can start a routine from your wrist, log every set with the Digital Crown, watch the rest timer count down and finish the workout, all without picking up your phone. Counts, sets and history stay synced both ways.

Yes. The app is offline-first on iOS and Android, local on-device storage means a full workout still logs in a dead-zone gym, on a flight, or in the basement. The sync queue catches up automatically when you reconnect, with retries built in.

Real-time, both ways. Finishing a set on your watch instantly updates the phone, and your counts, sets and history stay consistent across your devices. The app also syncs with Apple Health (iOS) and Health Connect (Android).

During onboarding you answer a few questions about your goal, experience, available equipment, training days and session length. MyFitOrbit matches that to its program engine and tailors it to you, trimming frequency, swapping in the equipment you actually have and biasing toward your focus areas. The plan then runs on a four-week cycle: a baseline week, two build weeks, then a lighter deload week. Regenerate it whenever your goals or schedule change. Free accounts get a day-one preview; Premium unlocks the full plan and regeneration.

9,000+ exercises with animated demonstrations and muscle-group targeting. Filter by body part, equipment (dumbbell, barbell, bands, bodyweight) or search instantly. Every exercise has its own analytics page showing your history.

Yes. Build routines by picking exercises from the library, set target sets/reps/weight, and schedule each routine to specific weekdays. Start any routine with one tap. Free users get up to 4 routines; Premium is unlimited.

A dedicated tab for tracking your transformation over time: a "your journey" hero card showing your weight change since you started, dedicated Body Weight and Measurements screens with trend charts, and a photo timeline (front, side and back) with side-by-side comparison. Weight and measurement tracking is free for the last 90 days; the photo timeline and comparison tool are Premium.

You can post wins, before/after photos, success stories and PRs. Like, comment, follow lifters whose plans inspire you. Compare your progress with friends on a side-by-side radar (chest, back, shoulders, biceps, triceps, legs). Climb weekly + monthly leaderboards (Premium). Save any public routine you spot on a community profile.

Badges are tier-based, earned by your lifetime workout count, going Bronze → Silver → Gold → Platinum → MFO Supreme across 20 levels. Trophies are leaderboard finishes, Top 100, Top 10, podium or #1 on the weekly or monthly board are recorded as permanent records. The trophy stays even after the leaderboard resets.
